I don’t know about any of you, but I LOVE hummus! I love it on crackers, baby carrots, sandwiches, any and EVERYTHING. One problem, hummus is usually loaded with fat, but not this one!
Oh yeah, baby, low fat, roasted garlic HUMMUS!!! Guilt-free and delicious! Wanna make some? Here’s what you need
- 1 can low sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato
- 5 cloves roasted garlic (or less for the faint of heart)
- 1 juiced lemon, pepper, cumin and smoked paprika to taste!
Put it all in the food processor and process until smooth, creamy and delicious!
Enjoy! I ate mine with a bunch of baby carrots. YUM!!!
Note: This makes a very large amount of hummus! This should definitely be portioned out!
