    The McMahon Empire RETURNS!
    Sheerahs.Sharpshooter@juno.com

Welcome everyone to this Bi-month's edition of Sheerah's Sharpshooter! First off, as always, lets start off with trivia! Amazingly enough, there is no winner for this week. So, I've decided to give the question one more shot, to see if anyone can answer it this time. Hey, just take a shot at answering it, it can't hurt, and you may get it right and be the next winner! So, to refresh you're memory, this week's continued Trivia question is…

Who invented the "Shooting Star Press"?
    1)Billy Kidman
    2)Mark Mero
    3)The Great Sasuke
    4)Jushin Liger
    5)None of the above
(Note: As always, send answers to Sheerahs.Sharpshooter@juno.com and please give a name, or nick-name that you wish to be referred to!)

It's quote of the Bi-month time! To be quite honest, there wasn't really one quote that stuck out in my mind this week. And I didn't get to see Smackdown, so I had no idea what they said on that show. Sure, there were a lot of quotes, but entire interviews stuck more in my mind than quotes. But then I read the WWF Full Body Press Newsletter, and found their Quote of the Week to be pretty good! So good, in fact, I decided to make it my Quote of the Bi-month! So, here goes, the new quote is, "And by the way, tell your mother that chances are the new Mrs. McMahon is gonna be about your age." That wonderful quote was by Vince McMahon, to Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley!
So, has the Christmas Rush gotten to any of you yet? Well, it's certainly having a good 'ole time on me! But hey, it's my favorite time of year, so I guess I can take the busyness for a few more weeks. If you decided to skim down to see how long my column is this week, you may have noticed that it's not quite as large as usual. That is thanks to my rather busy schedule, which prohibited me from even thinking about my column until today (Monday). I'm apologize for that, but I'm sure you all know what I'm going through, and all of my older readers are probably having the some problem. Hmm… that reminds of something I wanted to say to all of you. That message is… Merry Christmas! I hope you all have a wonderful time! And remember, Jesus is the Reason for the Season!
Don't you just love pay-per-views? Well, I know I do, although I would probably love them even more if they weren't on Sunday night so I could actually get them once in a while. But nonetheless, I still enjoy it when they come around, and enjoy reading the results. Since the WWF had one just two weeks ago, I've had a great time! Especially since Edge and Christian won back their tag team titles! It was great to see them with the straps around their wastes again, they certainly deserved them. I still say that Edge and Christian are the best tag team in the WWF today, if not all of the wrestling world. Sure, the Hardys, and the Dudleys are good. But do any of them have the mixture of fine wrestling ability, with captivating interview skills? I think not. The Dudley boys are great wrestlers, and can work a crowd during a match, but I have yet to hear any interview from them that you could even compare to an E & C interview. Same for the Hardy Boyz. In fact, the Hardys are so incredibly boring on the mic, it's not funny. Then, we head over to WCW, what tag teams do they have? The Insiders, oh goodie, goodie, DDP, the Scott Hall wanna-be. Then the Perfect Event, which I'm pretty sure nobody likes. So, at least out of the two major federations, Edge and Christian seem to hold up as the greatest tag team. However, the latest actions of Mick Foley having the champions fight the Rock and Undertaker made me a bit upset. In fact, I was screaming at the television the entire time the match took place. But I have no doubt that Edge and Christian will get their titles back, as Kurt said, they always do!
No matter how much I was happy about the Tag Team titles going where they belong, the night did have some set-backs. But, there were still some good parts. Like the fact that Kurt Angle retained his title! Yet another good part, Rikishi won't be on television for a while! Yes, for a while everything was looking up in the wrestling world. That is until I realized that Triple H was going to be off of TV as well. From my point of view, that was the bad part of the PPV. Triple H seems to be off TV a lot within the past month or two. At the last PPV, he was dropped in a car that was forty feet high, and was off for a couple weeks. Then he comes back, and goes back out again. You all know I've been busy, so I haven't had the time to find out if Triple H has a legitimate injury or not. But it's understandable if he doesn't have an injury and is still of TV. Goodness, the guy has got to have some time off. He's been on TV non-stop since he "married" Stephanie McMahon, so he deservesa break
I just recently finished reading Bret Hart's latest column. Yes, he may be out of wrestling, but he's not out of the writing world just yet. In fact, he said he was writing a book! I can tell you one thing, I'll certainly be buying that fine piece of literary work! In his column, he went on to talk about his various television appearances. It found it to be very interesting, especially when he quoted Stephen Richards and mentioned "scantily clad women". I highly suggest that you read it, I know I found it interesting and I hope you will too. The address for it is: http://www.canoe.ca/SlamWrestling/hitman_home.html just incase some of you forget. I know I was happy to read it, after all Bret Hart is my all-time favorite wrestler. In fact, since he retired I can't think of anyone who could replace him as favorite "active" wrestler.
Oh my word, this McMahon family feud is really getting good. I don't know if it's just me, but after all the angles they've had with their family torn apart, they always seem to get better and better. And amazingly enough, never get boring. But as I said, it could just be me, I don't know how you see it. It was complete genius to have Kurt Angle come out and get involved with the feud, and turn on Stephanie no less! Another great move was when Mick Foley booked the Kurt Angle vs. Vince McMahon match for the World Title! I'm just hoping that Shane will get involved soon. Shane has always had a special place in my heart as one of my favorite McMahons.
Well, Monday is over, and my rather short column must come to an end as well. However, first I must make my comments on Nitro and Raw. Nitro was pretty good. I like their little "mystery guy" thing they had going. It was a bit disappointing when we saw him and was completely covered up so you couldn't even see his hands. However, there was one part of him that was uncovered, and that was his eyes. So it's pretty obvious that the "mystery man" is either Booker T. or Stevie Ray. But since no one really cares about Stevie Ray, so my money is on Booker. One thing I liked about Nitro was the opening match, when the Three Count members fought each other, and put on a pretty good match. Also, I enjoyed seeing Crowbar back to his old self, and Daphne being back on his side. Those two are great, now if only David Flair would get back with them, then the Psychotic Trio would be back!
WWF Raw was absolutely great! The opener was wonderful as always, even though I was a bit upset at Stephanie's actions. Then when Edge and Christian lost their tag titles, I was terribly crestfallen. I didn't think that anything could bring my spirits up, that was until I saw the World Title match between Vince McMahon and Kurt Angle! With the exception of E & C losing their tag titles, everything turned out okay on Raw! The McMahon Empire is back! And it looks like a new Corporation may be back on town (but I doubt they'd go under the name "Corporation" again). As I previously said, I just hope that Shane gets involved soon, even though he'll probably take the side of his mother. Because if we've got a Daddy's Little Girl, chances are we're going to have a Mama's Boy too. I am going to miss Mick Foley (but I wouldn't expect him to be gone too long), but I'm happy that Vince McMahon is back. Also, I predict that there is going to be a great Raw on Christmas Day, because Vince will probably be in a magnanimous mood.
Well, that's just about it. For news on my website, this coming week I do plan on working on the new design. This one certainly shouldn't disappoint! However, don't expect it to be up for about a month or two, because I plan on redesigning the entire thing (that and I need to learn a few more programming languages to make it the way I want it to). I guess that will be all for this time, don't forget to take a shot at this Bi-month's trivia! To all of you, Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year! Now on to my Closing Remarks!

~I hate Scott Steiner, I hate Scott Steiner, I HATE SCOTT STEINER!
